LAWANCI prioritizes grassroots peacebuilding and inclusive dialogue to heal divides, reduce violence, and empower women as catalysts for reconciliation and stability.
LAWANCI establishes women-led peace committees in conflict-affected regions, training members in conflict mediation, trauma healing, and negotiation. These committees foster local solutions to disputes, promote interethnic cooperation, and address root causes of violence, such as resource competition and gender-based discrimination.
We organize interethnic dialogues and peace forums, bringing together elders, youth, and women to share experiences and co-create reconciliation strategies.
